Wehrpass first issue with photo to Karl Brunel.
Born on 8-2-1940.
He was drafted into the Army and had his basictrainings with Pionier ersatz Battalion 86 based in Melk, Austria.
From 24-4-1940 onwards he served with 1./ Pionier Battalion 70 wich was used as Heerestruppe in France, Balkan and south Russia as part of 11. Armee. He fought at the Krim at the Festung Sevastopol.
On 13 November 1943 he was KIA.
He was awarded:

He was trained with:
- K98
- Pistol P08
- MG 34
It has a really long battlelist of 52 cm!!!
