Awarded on 30 January 1944 to Obergefreiter Leibnitz who was a member of 3./Heeres Kusten Artillerie Regiment 1265.

This Regiment was stationed on the British Channel Islands.

Signed by Generalmajor and commander of the 319. Infanterie Division Rudolf Graf von Schmettow. He was a relative of Generalfeldmarschall Gerd von Rundstedt.

Used condition, has been folded and on the edges a bit shortened.
