3. Kriegsverdienstenkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwerten, dated 12 September 1944 in Brest, France. Printed signature of Generalleutnant and Commander of the Festung Brest Ramcke.

Bernhard Ramcke was the commander  of the 2.Fallschirmjager Division.
