Heavy worn first issue Soldbuch with photo and blood stains to Obergefreiter Gutl.
The Soldbuch opens at 20-1-1942 by Infanterie ersatz Battalion 65 based in Delmenhorst.
After his basic trainings he became part of Infanterie Regiment and later Grenadier Regiment 469. Both of the 269. Infanterie Division.
With the Division he fought in Russia and was involved in Nahkamftagen (close combat days) and Sturmtagen (assault days).
During the Autumn of 1944 the Division was send to the Vogese and Alsace Region in France.
On 1-12-1944 he was enters a hospital in Emmendingen with woundecode -31a- wich refers to a bulletwound.
The Soldbuch shows clearly the bloodstains of this wounding.
He should have been at least entitled the Wounded badge in Black for this wounding.
He received an P08 pistol
Heavy used / battle worn condition but complete with all pages.
