The Soldbuch opens at 7-9-1944 with 2./Flak ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 52.

After his basictrainings he became part of an fieldunit;

- 3./(Fla.) Panzerjager Abteilung 234 of the 163. Infanterie Division.

This Division fought on the Eastfront around Stargard where it was destroyed. The remnants where divided into other units.

He became part of;

- 3./ (Flak) Marine Panzerjager Abteilung 3 of the 3. Marine Infanterie Division.This Division fought also on the Eastfront around Dievenov - Oranienburg - Sachsenhausen in April - May 1945!

Several pages are filled with names and addresses of his comrades to stay in touch after the war.
