Soldbuch 716. Infanterie Division POW 1945

Soldbuch, first issue with photo to Jager Friedrich Schmitt.
The Soldbuch opens at 6 February 1945 with Ausbildungs Kompanie Jager ersatz und Ausbildungs Battlion 75 based in Donauschingen.
In April 1945 the ersatz Battlion was used to rebuild Grenadier Regiment 726. This Regiment was part of the 716. Infanterie Division. In April 1945 the Division fell under command of the 19. Armee as part of Heeresgruppe West. The Division surrendered to the Americans in the area of Kempten.

He was taken POW as can see on page 1.

Perforation holes are throughout the whole Soldbuch.

The Soldbuch is complete with all page.

Very good condition, not denazified.
