The Soldbuch was issued on 11-10-1940 by 1./Schwere Artillerie ersatz Abteilung 256.

Not often seen units!

Somewhere in late 1944 he became part of;

- Sturmgeschutz ersatz Abteilung 300 based in Muhlhausen.

In January 1945 he was hospitalized with code -19-  = Other breathing organ complaints.

The Soldbuch is missing page 21-22 with the medal entries but on the photo we can see that he was at least been awarded;

- Sportsbadge or Wounded badge

- KvK 2

Heavy used condition, has been taped and a bit shortened.
