Soldbuch first issue to Unteroffizier Blumenau.

The Soldbuch opens at 25-8-1939 and runs to 1945.

The MG Battalion 9 fought under command of the 6th Army and was destroyed in Stalingrad in1943.

In 1943 the Battalion was rebuilt to Schwere Granatwerfer Battalion 9 and fought also on the Ostfront.

In 1944 the Battalion fought in the Kamenez-Podolsk pocket or Hube pocket.

- KvK 2 with Swords, 3-9-1941

- Kraftfahrbewahrungsabzeichen in Bronze, 20-2-1944

- Wounded badge in Black, Wounded 19-7-1944. Awarded 16-8-1944

- EK 2, 2-11-1944. Signed by an Oberst of the 168. Infanterie Division.

He received an Tarnnetz.

It comes with a few pictures of him. 2 are postwar copy’s.

Used condition, some pages are loose but its complete.

No photo, never had one.
