KIA Stalingrad pocket grouping to an Zugfuhrer within an Sturmkompanie.

An rare grouping to an Oberfeldwebel who served within an Luftwaffe Nahaufklarer gruppe who were used as infantry within the Stalingrad pocket.

He was KIA on 14-1–1943 on the westside of the pocket near Karpovka while serving as a Zugfuhrer in a Sturmkompanie.

The grouping consists of;

1. Wehrpass Zweitschrift, complete with foto.

2. Erdkampfabzeichen. Really nice “Vordruck” or Specialprint. Postumous awarded on  4-11-1943. Printed signature of General der Artillerie Gerhard Hoffmann. DKIG 27-11-1942.

3. EK 2. Posthumous awarded on 16-10-1943.
Printed signature of Reichsmarschall Hermann Goring.

4. KvK 2 with Swords, 20-1-1941. Signed by General Oberst and Commander of Luftflotte 5; Hans-Jurgen Stumpff. RKT 18-9-1941

5. Remembrance card. (wich mentions him being a Zugfuhrer within a Sturmkompanie)

6. Photo of Hermann Göring, on the backside is written; “Reichsmarschall bei uns! Vor Stalingrad im September 1942”
