Wehrpass grouping Luftwaffe Jager Battalion zbv 4 + 6 Italy 1944 Holland

Second issue Wehrpass to a man who starts his military career in the Netherlands on 8-4-1942 with 3./Sanitats Ausbildungs Abteilung der Luftwaffe Holland.

It comes with a matching dogtag of this unit.
After his basictrainings he became part of Landesschutzenzug 109/VI from 12-10-1942 untill 17-3-1944.
He was transferred to Flieger ersatz Battalion 1.

He must have mis-behaved himself or done some crime because he was send to an Luftwaffe Penal unit on 24-4-1944:

- 2./Luftwaffe Jager Battalion zbv 4 (= Zur besondere verwendung)

This unit was operating in Istrie in Northern Italy - Croatia against Partisans.

On 7 June 1944 he got wounded for the first time and was awarded the Wounded badge in Black on 18 June 1944.

After he was released from the hospital he served from 20-11-1944 untill 7-12-1944 with 3./Luftwaffe Jager Battalion zbv based in Posen.

In December 1944 or in 1945 he became part of Luftwaffe Jager Battalion zbv 6. This unit had fought previously south of Valkenswaard on 17 September 1944 and blocked the Guards Armoured Division on the first day of Operation Market Garden.

On 28-3-1945 he received an Personalausweiss handed-out by the Penal Battalion.
