First issue Wehrpass to an man from Polish origin.

He was Born in Orlau in the area of Kattowitz.

In May 1943 he was drafted into the army.

After his basic trainings he became part of the 5th Kompanie of Grenadier Regiment 937 of the 245. Infanterie Division understanding command of Erwin Sander.

The 245. Infanterie Division was a static Division and stationed in the Rouen area in Northern France.

It only came into action after the Allies had break through the Normandy and headed norht.

On 2 September 1944 he was reported as missing.

On that day the Regiment fought at Abbeville against the Polish 1. Armoured Division! (Poles against Poles!)

It is possible that he continued his service with the Polish armed forces.

Good condition, complete with all pages.

It comes with a few document regarding his military service.
